Boring Day~

After hc left the office was so quiet that I do not have the mood to do things and in the end help moi do some admin stuff such as wrapping the hard disk and reading out the hard disk model and serial no to her,while waiting for the clock to strike 6.

After work, went to pasa malam beside JE MRT Station to buy a bowl of Thai Shark Fin Soup and some $1 snacks. Went back then realise that my mother had chicken soup for dinner (better than the fake shark fin soup). My father told me that he listened to the radio about some taiwanese who went to Yahoo! Japan auction and bought cars that are very much cheaper and affordable than the price of their local. What, are you kidding me, selling cars online, somehow I don't really believe that they sell cars online so I went to the Yahoo Japan website.

After finding some chinese characters among the tons of Japanese characters, I clicked on the link 'automatic cars' and true enough they really sell their 2nd hand cars online. My father was looking for Mazda cars but all are Japanese characters so I was clicking here and there but with no luck. After that I realise that I had a Jap Language Book (photocopied) and went to search for the character 'Ma'. Ok, I remember the character and went back to my comp and look for that word. After clicking for 3 times that contains the same character, I finally found Mazda cars for sale.

We made a calculation and the car was only about 30,000 SGD. Cheap I would say because you should know that owning a car was very expensive in Singapore. I think with the same brand and model of car, it will costs around 100,000 dollars here.

Then my father was discussing to me that we can bid for the car and ship over here and the cost would not even reach 100,000 dollars which was really affordable but the problem is: 'We do not know Japanese', that is the language barrier that we faced.

haha, my father was really obsessed with cars. The current car he was using was only 3 years old and he's already deciding to change one, maybe to the newest mazda model RX-8 which costs about 130,000. Not cheap sia but the sportscar is really cool!
