Interesting Photos of Japan's Architecture. Hope I can visit Japan one day.
After 5 days of resting at home, I'm finally back, recharged to continue my work. I still feel that I wanted to rest more. Anyway, I've changed my blog layout(Last minute job haha) and during New Year spent most of the time at home watching TV. Pathetic right? Can't blame me because I don't have alot of relatives and I have already gotten my angbaos during the eve of CNY from my uncles so I spent my days at home being a potato couch haha (So my snacks and drinks on the table for me to eat till I'm satisfied).
On Sunday, spent the afternoon making sushi for my colleagues. So long since I've made sushi so I've somehow forgotten but manage to find the recipe and follow it whole-heartedly. The difficult part comes to rolling the sushi. If you put too much rice on the seaweed, it will open up and if you put too little, u can see the extra length of seaweed coming out. And everytime I rolled the sushi, the ingredient always get squeezed out to the side of the opening, it's not align in the center and no matter how many times I've tried the result is still the same. Sigh, given up hope and went to cutting the sushi. Again I've difficulty whereby the seaweed doesn't break off or my cutting was not straight etc. Luckily, the taste of the sushi is still acceptable so I guess the overall result is stil ok. Haha.
Quite fun actually to make sushi although it's hard work but I will continue to improve my skills to make my sushi more presentable next time. Haha.
Oh yah I've almost forgotten. Some pictures I took from the Taufik performance at SP Convention Hall. Enjoy!

The Taiko Drum performance. Impressive. Why didn't I see yiting inside???

The modern Dance. 4 girls and 1 guy. Hmmmmm....

The Indian Dance. Their dance steps are very nice and do you know they have an encore? If I'm not wrong there is one chinese guy inside the group.

Finally Taufik! Looks so cool with the spotlight on!

Haha. His photo when he was in SP. Looks so different from now!
